On or about September 12, 2017, Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (the "Registrant") caused to be sent to its shareholders of record as of September 6, 2017 copies of its Annual Report on Form 20-F for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2016, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on April 26, 2017 and a Notice of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on October 26, 2017 (“Meeting”) in Hong Kong, a Proxy Statement and Proxy Card with regard to the Meeting.
