On or about October 13, 2015, Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (the "Registrant") caused to be sent to its shareholders of record as of October 7, 2015 copies of its Annual Report on Form 20-F for its fiscal year ended December 31,2014, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on or about April 29, 2015 and a Notice of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on November 9, 2015 (“Meeting”) in Hong Kong, a Proxy Statement and Proxy Card with regard to the Meeting.
