On or about August 25, 2008, Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (the “Registrant”) caused to be sent to its shareholders of record copies of its Annual Report on Form 20-F for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2007, together with any amendments thereto, and a Notice of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on September 25, 2008 in Hong Kong and a Proxy Statement with regard to that meeting.
