26.07.2024 tarihli bildirimimizle aynı olup SPK başvuru tarihi girilerek yeniden gönderilmektedir.

Şirketimiz yönetim kurulunun 19.07.2024 tarihinde almış olduğu karara istinadan 100.000.000-TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde kalınarak, sermayemizin 20.000.000-TL'den , bedelli %200 oranında artırılarak 60.000.000-TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin hazırlanan izahnamenin onaylanması hususunda 26.07.2024 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuruda bunulmuştur.

Ayrıca Sermaye artırım sürecinin yürütülmesi amacıyla Invest AZ Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş ile aracılık sözleşmesi imzalanmıştır.
