- Şirketimizin 31.12.2023 tarihli TMS 29 "Yüksek Enflasyonlu Ekonomilerde Finansal Raporlama" standardı kapsamında hazırlanan finansal tablolarında -18.470.711-TL dönem net zararı ve -151.389.160-TL geçmiş yıl zararları oluşmuştur.

-31.12.2023 tarihli finansal tablolarda oluşan dönem net zararı nedeniyle kar payı ödemesi yapılmamasına,

- SPK mevzuatı hükümleri çerçevesinde dönem net zararı ve geçmiş yıl zararlarının uygun özkaynak kalemleriyle mahsup edilmesi zorunlundur. SPK mevzuatı, TTK ve diğer mevzuat hükümleri doğrultusunda-151.389.160-TL geçmiş yıl zararlarının ve -18.470.711-TL Net dönem zararının , Enflasyon düzeltmesi sonucunda oluşan 198.063.220-TL tutarlı Sermaye düzeltme farkları hesabından mahsup edilmesine ve kâr payı dağıtım tablosunun yapılacak ilk genel kurul toplantısında görüşülmesine karar verilmiştir
