Etteplan's acquisition of Tedopres International completed

ETTEPLAN'S ACQUISITION OF TEDOPRES INTERNATIONAL COMPLETED Etteplan Oyj announced on March 2, 2012 that it had signed an agreement for the purchase of the entire share capital of Dutch-based Tedopres International B.V. The requirements of closing have been fulfilled and the closing has become effective on March 8, 2012. The ownership and control of Tedopres International B.V. have been transferred to Etteplan on January 1, 2012.
