Changes in Etteplan´s Management Group

Tero Leppänen, M.Sc. (Computer Science), has been appointed Senior Vice
President, Software and Embedded Solutions and a member of Etteplan's Management
Group. Leppänen has worked at Etteplan since 2016 in various leadership
positions, most recently as Vice President, Testing and Product Verification
Business Unit and member of Software and Embedded Solutions service area’s
management team. Leppänen joined Etteplan through the acquisition of Espotel Oy
in 2016 and prior to that Leppänen worked at Efore Oyj.

successful in his previous positions and now he will head Etteplan's Software
and Embedded Solutions service area, which is an important growth area for us as
digitalization is progressing through industries. During 2021 Software and
Embedded Solutions service area has undergone significant changes and returned
 back to strong growth path. Leppänen has had a key role in the changes and this
appointment allows him to continue the transformation as planned without any
delays. As we have great talent in Etteplan, we are very pleased to be able to
promote also to the Management Group from within the company,” says Juha Näkki,

Tom Leskinen, the current Senior Vice President, Software and Embedded
Solutions, will continue his career outside of Etteplan. “Tom Leskinen started
the transformation in the service area. I want to thank him for his contribution
to Etteplan and wish him success in his future endeavors,” Näkki says.

Leppänen will start in his new position on January 3, 2022. He reports to the
President and CEO Juha Näkki.
