The Annual General Meeting of Etteplan Oyj, on March 31, 2011, re-elected Tapio
Hakakari, Heikki Hornborg, Robert Ingman, Pertti Nupponen, Satu Rautavalta and
Teuvo Rintamäki as members of Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors of Etteplan Oyj has in its meeting on March 31, 2011
elected Heikki Hornborg as Chairman of the Board and Robert Ingman as Vice
Chairman of the Board.
