ETTEPLAN OYJ'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTED CHAIRMAN

The Annual General Meeting of Etteplan Oyj on March 24, 2010 re-elected as Board
of Directors members Tapio Hakakari, Heikki Hornborg, Robert Ingman and Pertti
Nupponen. Additionally Satu Rautavalta and Teuvo Rintamäki were elected as new
members of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors of Etteplan Oyj has in its meeting on March 24, 2010
elected Heikki Hornborg as Chairman of the Board.
