Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication (GO) Announces Its Financial Results as Of 30 April 2016, as follows:

1- Net loss for the month of April 2016 amounted to SR (23.92) million.

2- Gross Profit for the month of April 2016 was SR 1.69 million.

3- Operating loss for the month of April 2016 was SR (26.05) million.

4- Loss per share for the period to 30 April 2016 was SR (0.15) per share.

5- Accumulated losses as of 30 April 2016 totaled SR (1,119) million.

6- Total Assets as of 30 April 2016 totaled SR 1,794 million.

7- Total Liabilities as of 30 April 2016 totaled SR 1,338 million.

8- Net Equity as of 30 April 2016 totaled SR 456 million.

9- Accumulated losses as of 30 April 2016 represent 71.02% of share capital.

10- Applying to procedures and instructions for the loss-making companies issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution No. 4-48-2013 and the date of 15/01/1435 H. The company confirms its ongoing commitment to those procedures and instructions. Attachment to you herewith the financial statements for the administrative period until 30/04/2016 m.
