Announcement Detail	Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company (GO) announces the signing of an agreement with one of the main suppliers, to settle all balances and debts between the two parties for the period from the beginning of the dealings between the two parties till December 31, 2020. This agreement will lead to the following:

1. It has been agreed that the net balance until December 31, 2020 AD shall be an amount of (370,000,000) Saudi riyals (three hundred seventy million Saudi riyals) in favor of the main supplier.

2. Agreed to cancel the optical fiber (FTTH IRU) agreement signed between the two parties.

3. In addition to what has been mentioned above, the financial impact of this settlement will be reflected and recorded in the company's accounts, and it will be announced in the next financial results.
