Append Announcement from Etihad Atheeb Telecom (GO) regarding its MOU with Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) for Exchanging Services and Collaboration.

Further to the announcement made on sunday June 2, 2013 on Tadawul and the statement on the continuation of negotiations between Etihad Atheeb Telecom (GO) and Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) with regards to exploring a wider level of cooperation other than what was mentioned in the aforementioned Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Etihad Atheeb Telecom (GO) hereby announces the existence of a preliminary non- binding communication to explore the possibility of acquiring a stake in its shares by one of Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) subsidiaries. Relevant developments will be announced no later than June 30, 2013.
