Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company (GO) Appoints New Board Member

Further to Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company (GO) announcement in Tadawul on 18/04/1432 H corresponding to 23/03/2011 G. accepting the resignation of Dr. Abdulaziz bin Abdulatif Jazzar (Independent Director). The company announces that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee had recommended to the Board during its 11th meeting held on Saturday 20/02/1433 H, corresponding to 14/1/2012 G to appoint Mr. Abdulrahman bin Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al-Sakran as a successor to Dr. Abdulaziz Jazzar. Therefore, the Board of Directors has approved today 01/03/1433 H 24/01/2012 G to appoint Mr. Abdulrahman bin Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al-Sakran as Independent Director starting 09/03/1433 H 01/02/2012 G, and to complete the remaining period of his predecessor for the current session. This appointment will be presented to the subsequent General Assembly meeting for further approval and ratification.
