Subject: Intimation of Resignation of Whole Time Director under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Mukul Krishan Khanna (DIN: 10939041), Whole Time Director of Ethos Limited, has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors with effect from March 31, 2026.

The information is in regard to the abovementioned change in the Board composition in terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III - of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Mater Circular dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure 1.

The letter of resignation received from Mr. Mukul Krishan Khanna is enclosed as Annexure II. Further, in his letter, he has confirmed that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than stated in the resignation letter.
