Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Ritesh Kumar Agrawal, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company has tendered his resignation vide email dated November 15, 2023, due to personal reasons and he will be relieved from his duties effective from February 15, 2023 after the close of business hours. The said resignation was accepted today i.e. December 18, 2023. The letter of resignation received from Mr. Ritesh Kumar Agrawal (accepted today i.e. December 18, 2023) is enclosed herewith.

The information in regard to the aforementioned resignation in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III – Para A (7B) of Part A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as applicable) and SEBI Circular bearing Reference no.
