Greetings from Ethos.

This is with reference to our letter dated December 18, 2023 bearing reference no. Ethos/Secretarial/2023-24/85 regarding the intimation of resignation of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In this regard, we wish to inform you that there is a typographical mistake in the date of relieving of Mr. Ritesh Kumar Agrawal, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company as mentioned in our intimation stated aforesaid. The date of relieving of Mr. Ritesh Kumar Agrawal from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company may please be read as February 15, 2024 instead of February 15, 2023.

The revised information in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III – Para A (7B) of Part A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as applicable) and SEBI Circular bearing Reference no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, as amended from time to time, is given as under:-
