Etherstack Plc (ASX: ESK) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Etherstack Plc (‘ESK’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ESK, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 6 October 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for trading halt (ASX:ESK)
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 Etherstack plc requests a trading halt effective prior to commencement of trading on 4 October 2022 in respect of its securities (ASX: ESK).
The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement to the market in relation to a material contract signing.
The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of commencement of trading on 6 October 2022 or the release of the announcement.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
The Company is in compliance with the Listing Rules.
