Notification of change in auditor
The Board of directors of Etherstack plc (ESK) has appointed Grant Thornton UK LLP as auditor of the Company.
The Company, the outgoing auditor and Grant Thornton UK LLP are currently completing the auditor resignation and appointment processes.
The appointment of Grant Thornton UK LLP as auditor will be recommended by the Board to shareholders at the Annual general meeting of Etherstack plc.
