REINSTATEMENT TO OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The suspension of trading in the securities of Etherstack PLC will be lifted upon the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 18 November 2013, in accordance with listing rule 17.8 following lodgement of its Appendix 4D and Half Year report for the half year ended 30 June 2013.
