Update on the status of remaining payment of US $530,000 due by the group for the acquisition of Auria Wireless Pty Limited

As noted in Section 1.5 of the Prospectus, an amount of US$530,000 is payable in connection with the acquisition of Auria Wireless Pty Limited on 1 September 2011.

As at 3 September 2012 repayments of US$223,000 have been paid and the remainder is scheduled for settlement before 31 December 2012.
