("Etherstack" or the "Company")

Australian Government Contract Award ($9m)

Etherstack’s wholly owned Australian subsidiary, Auria Wireless Pty Ltd has been awarded a muti-year contract with the Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Department of Home Affairs.

The initial term of the contract is to 31 December 2028, commencing immediately, with an extension of up to two years at the Department’s option.

The contract value has a fixed and variable component. The fixed component is valued at A$2.1m over the initial term, with management estimates of the additional variable component being in the order of A$2.5m per annum.

Accordingly, management expects the total value of the contract at approximately A$9m during the initial term, and approximately A$15m in total should the contract be extended the additional two years.

The nature of the contract is in relation to professional services, maintenance and upgrades to digital wireless network equipment across Australia and its external territories, including major Australian ports and airports.
