Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company (" NRC ”) by way of circular resolution today, on April 1, 2024 has approved a total grant of 15,16,229 stock options under Foodie Bay Employee Stock Option Plan 2014 (“ ESOP 2014 ”), Zomato Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 (“ ESOP 202 1”) to the eligible employees.

The details as required under Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 with respect to above grants is given in Annexure A .
