Issue/Quotation of Rights Issue Shares and Top 20
Estrella has today issued and allotted 12,232,142 new shares as a result of acceptances received under its recent 3:5, $0.005 renounceable rights issue (the Rights Issue). The Company seeks quotation of those new shares effective today and, subject thereto, now has 149,523,669 quoted ordinary shares on issue.
Attached is a Top 20 Shareholder List subsequent to the new share issue referred to above.
The balance of the shares offered under the Rights Issue are expected to be issued under the terms of the underwriting arrangements within the next few days. Once completed, a revised announcement confirming that issue and allotment and a fresh Top 20 Shareholder List will be released to ASX.
