Description
The securities of Estrella Resources Limited (‘ESR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ESR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 4 December 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Estrella Resources Limited – Request for Trading Halt
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Estrella Resources Limited (“Estrella Resources” or “the Company”) hereby requests that the ASX grants a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding the outcome of the awards ceremony in Dili for its Timor Leste Minerals Tender.
The Company requests the trading halt last from receipt of the request until the release of the announcement, in any case no later than the commencement of trading on Monday, 4 December 2023.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
