ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

ESTRELLA RESOURCES WILL NOT PROCCEED WITH ACQUISITION OF DATA LABORATORIES (UK)

On 12 November 2015 Estrella Resources Limited (ASX Code: ESR) (Estrella or the Company) announced that the Company proposed to acquire Data Laboratories Limited (UK) (Data Labs). The Completion Conditions were outlined in that announcement.

The parties to the Agreement being the shareholders of Data Labs, and Estrella have by mutual agreement determined not to proceed with this transaction. The parties have further agreed that neither will have any claim against the other in relation to non‐completion.

The Company has advanced $500,000 to Data Labs for the further development of the business. Of this amount $250,000 is convertible into Data Labs shares at the same price per share that Data Labs next raises funds and $250,000 has been provided as a loan which is repayable on completion of the next capital raising of Data Labs unless the parties otherwise agree.

This decision has been taken by the parties given the prevailing market conditions.

The Company retains an interest in its Chile copper project and will pursue these assets while at the same time continuing to review new opportunities.

The Company advises that the General Meeting of Shareholders which was scheduled for 15 February 2016 at 11am will not be held.
