Estrella Resources Limited – Request for Voluntary Suspension
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, Estrella Resources Limited (“Estrella Resources” or “the Company”) hereby requests a voluntary suspension of the Company’s securities pending the announcement regarding a capital raising.
An announcement will be made to the market regarding the capital raising which is expected to end the period of voluntary suspension and will be made on or before Monday, 11 July 2022.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
