Options Shortfall

Estrella Resources Limited (ASX: ESR) ( Estrella Resources , the Company ) advises that following the expiry of the listed options exercisable at $0.05 on or before 5.00pm (WST) on 27 June 2021 (ASX: ESRO) ( Options ), the number of Options unexercised is 144,668,333 ( Shortfall Options ). Further to the Company’s announcement on 2 June 2021, the Shortfall Options will be exercised pursuant to the Underwriting Agreement with Henslow Pty Ltd. The Company expects to issue the 144,668,333 ordinary shares on exercise of the Shortfall Options on or about 6 July 2021.
