Option Exercise Underwriting – Settlement of Shortfall
Estrella Resources Limited (ASX: ESR) ( Estrella Resources , the Company ) is pleased to announce settlement of shortfall shares pursuant to the options exercise underwriting:

Total of $11.2m raised through the exercise of options and issue of shortfall shares at $0.05 per share since entering into the Underwriting Agreement (refer ASX release 2 June 2021). Shortfall shares were issued on 5 July 2021.

Estrella Resources welcomes Australian institutional investors to the share register.

The Company is fully funded for the next 12 months of the Company’s drilling and exploration program focussed on the T5 prospect located within the Carr Boyd Nickel nickel-copper project.

Estrella Resources encourages investors to visit the Company’s website https://www.estrellaresources.com.au which has a corporate video introducing Estrella Resources and the Company’s projects to investors.
