ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
Options Prospectus Closed
Estrella Resources Ltd ( ASX:ESR ) (‘ Estrella’ or ‘the Company’ ) advises that the Directors of the Company have closed the prospectus for an offer of up to 400,000,000 New Listed Options (“Options Prospectus”) lodged with ASIC and ASX on 1 October 2020. The Options Prospectus closed, effective 5.00pm WST on 2 October 2020. The New Listed Options offered under the Options Prospectus will be issued to those persons entitled to receive New Listed Options as a result of their participation in the Company’s capital raising announced to ASX on 3 August 2020.
The Company advises that the timetable included within the Options Prospectus remains unchanged as follows:
