Despatch of Entitlement Issue Prospectus – Loyalty Options
Estrella Resources Limited (“Estrella” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the despatch today to eligible shareholders, of the Prospectus and the Entitlement and Acceptance form for a non-renounceable entitlement issue of one (1) quoted Option for every three (3) Shares held (“Entitlement Issue” or “Offer”) to raise approximately $163,961. The price of the Options under the Offer is $0.001 each (“Issue Price”), exercisable at $0.05 on or before 27 June 2021.
Acceptance for the Offer will close at 5:00pm WST on 14 September 2018.
Applicants should consult their brokers or professional advisors in regards to undertaking an investment in the Offer.
