Entitlement Issue Prospectus – Payment Facility
Estrella Resources Limited (“Estrella” or “the Company”) wishes to advise shareholders that the Entitlement and Acceptance Form that was mailed to shareholders with the Entitlement Issue Prospectus on 4 September 2018 contained an incorrect Biller Code for the BPAY facility.
The Biller Code for the BPAY facility to be used by shareholders if they wish to accept the Offer is:
Biller Code: 285924
The Company was issued an incorrect biller code and has been advised that the number originally issued is an invalid number and will not accepted through the BPAY service. This means that any attempted payments through this invalid biller code (285324) will be rejected immediately at the point of attempted payment.
A replacement Entitlement and Acceptance form containing the correct BPAY Payment Details together with the Prospectus has been despatched to eligible shareholders today via express post. A copy of the letter accompanying the Entitlement and Acceptance Form is included within this announcement.
Acceptance for the Offer will close at 5:00pm WST on 14 September 2018.
Applicants should consult their brokers or professional advisors in relation to undertaking an investment in the Offer.

Entitlement Issue Prospectus – Invalid BPAY Biller Code
We are writing to you to inform you that the Entitlement and Acceptance Form that was mailed to you together with the Prospectus on 4 September 2018 contained an incorrect Biller Code for the BPAY facility.
The correct Biller Code that should be used if you wish to accept the Offer is:
Biller Code: 285924
We have enclosed a replacement Entitlement and Acceptance Form and the Prospectus which contains this correct biller code.
The Company was issued an incorrect biller code and has been advised that the number originally issued is an invalid number and will not accepted through the BPAY service. This means that any attempted payments through this invalid biller code (285324) will be rejected immediately at the point of attempted payment.
