Data Labs on boarding three new clients across finance, education & telecommunications sectors

Human capital technology company Data Labs, proposed to be acquired by Estrella Resources Ltd (ASX:ESR), is on boarding three new clients for use of its people analytics application Talent Lab.
The clients span the finance, education & telecommunications industries, highlighting the versatility of Talent Lab across various sectors and data sets.
The new clients include:

A sovereign wealth fund

One of the world’s highest ranked universities with almost 40,000 students and more than 2,000 staff

A multi‐billion dollar Asian telecommunications company
Talent Lab is available as an on‐premise or hosted solution with pricing starting at US$5,000 per month. Clients typically sign a 12‐month subscription agreement with full payment received in advance.
Talent Lab (www.talent‐lab.com) is next generation people analytics software that enables the transformation of human capital data into actionable insights through interactive data visualisation.
“These organisations have tested Talent Lab and the feedback generated has been exceptional,” said Data Labs CEO Sam Jones.
“We are pursuing a pipeline of almost 100 potential clients and having organisations of this repute on board shows the quality and effectiveness of our product.”
Data Labs will leverage channel partners as part of its strategy to exponentially achieve scale. The company has recently announced two such deals, one with a ‘big four’ accounting firm starting with the China market, and the other with the ADP Marketplace and its 630,000 clients worldwide.

Estrella proposes to acquire Data Labs following completion of a number of conditions precedent including mutual due diligence, shareholder approval and re‐ compliance with the ASX listing rules.
