TRADING HALT
The securities of Estrella Resources Limited (the Company) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 16 March 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for a Trading Halt
Estrella Resources Limited (ASX:ESR) requests a trading halt to the trading of the companies securities until the earlier of an announcement in relation to a capital raising or Wednesday 16 March 2016.
In accordance with listing rule 17.1 the company advises that:

The trading halt is necessary as the Company expects to make an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising referred to above.

The company wishes the trading halt to last until as such time it makes an announcement to the market on the capital raising or Wednesday 16 March 2016, whichever is the earlier.
