Capital Raising ‐ $561,000
The Directors of Estrella Resources Limited (ASX:ESR) (Estrella) are pleased to announce that the Company has received firm commitments to raise $561,000 before costs through the issue of 33 million new shares to sophisticated investors at 1.7 cents per share.
This price is 25% above the 15 day VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) prior to 14 March 2016.
The capital raising was undertaken by Forrest Capital Pty Ltd and Cove Capital Pty Ltd on behalf of the Company, with capital raising fees of 6% of the funds raised.
