On 1 April 2015 Estrella announced a proposed capital raising of $700,000 which includes a 3:5 Non-Renounceable Rights Issue at a price of $0.007 per share, to raise approximately $576,624 (the Rights Issue).
In its announcement of 20 April 2015 Estrella released a proposed timetable for the Rights Issue. Please be advised that the Rights Issue timetable as released on 20 April 2015 has been changed. A revised Rights Issue timetable, Rights Issue Prospectus and related documentation will be released shortly.
