Closure of Rights Issue Prospectus – Rights Issue and Previous Placement Raises Over $500,000

In accordance with the previously released timetable, Estrella’s 3:5, $0.005 non-renounceable rights issue (the Rights Issue) closed on Wednesday, 10 June 2015.

Under the terms of the Rights Issue, 82,359,939 new shares were offered. 7,452,838 shares were accepted by Eligible Shareholders pursuant to the Rights Issue and a further 4,779,304 shares were applied for by Eligible Shareholders as shortfall shares.

The balance of the shortfall shares will now be placed by the Underwriter, Patersons Securities Limited.

Completion of the Rights Issue brings the Company’s total raising since April to approximately $537,000, placing the Company in a strong position to maximise the value of its advanced stage exploration projects in Chile and to review new investment opportunities.

A revised Appendix 3B New Issues Announcement will be released shortly. New shares issued pursuant to the Rights Issue (and underwriting) are expected to be allotted on Wednesday, 17 June 2015.
