Estrella has issued and allotted 36,285,710 new shares as a result of the partial underwriting of the shortfall under its recent 3:5, $0.005 renounceable rights issue (the Rights Issue). The Company seeks quotation of those new shares effective today and, subject thereto, now has 185,809,379 quoted ordinary shares on issue.
Attached is a Top 20 Shareholder List and Shareholder Distribution subsequent to the new share issue referred to above.
The Company may issue the remainder of the shortfall under the Rights Issue in accordance with the terms of the Rights Issue prospectus and the ASX Listing Rules.
Estrella is well funded to continue the process of advancing and maximising the value of its Chilean exploration portfolio, whilst assessing new acquisition opportunities.
