ASX Announcement
Completion of Capital Raising
The Company has today completed a capital raising for $1.2 million through the issue of 400,000,000 shares of 0.003 each (pre share consolidation).
An Appendix 3B is attached covering the issue of shares and options issued today following approval at the shareholders meeting dated 10 September 2015.
It should be noted that the shares in the Appendix 3B are pre share consolidation on a 1 for 4 basis.
Estrella Resources Limited (ASX: ESR) is now trading on a consolidated deferred settlement basis – ASX code ESRDA. New holding statements following consolidation will be dispatched on 25 September 2015.
An Appendix 3B on a consolidated basis will be lodged following registration on 21 September 2015.
