ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
PROPOSED CAPITAL RAISING
20 November 2015 ‐ The Board of Estrella Resources Limited, (ASX:ESR) advises that the Company has secured cornerstone demand of $3m at $0.025 through its Lead Manager, Patersons Securities, as well as through KTM Capital and Forrest Capital. As previously announced the capital raising is subject to the successful completion of the acquisition of Data Labs Limited.
Having received significant interest from clients of the above‐mentioned firms, the board is of the view that taking a route of certainty, albeit at a lower price than mentioned in the previous announcement, is in the best interests of shareholders and the impending acquisition of Data Labs.
