Estrella Resources Limited ( ASX: ESR ) ( Estrella or the Company ) hereby requests a voluntary suspension in its securities from the ASX effective immediately pending the release of an announcement with respect to a material capital raising. The voluntary suspension will ensure an orderly market while allowing the Company to undertake a book build.

The voluntary suspension is expected to last until the earlier of commencement of trading on Monday 15 December, 2014 or the release to the market of an announcement in relation to the capital raising.
