LETTER FROM THE CHAIRMAN
Dear Shareholder,
I am writing to you to firstly introduce myself, provide some background information and how I hope to be able to help the Company realise its true value.
I have been an investor and involved in the management of numerous Companies both public and private over many years. I am investing my time and money into Estrella Resources because I believe in the Company and its assets. I am looking forward in marketing the Company to achieve successful outcomes for the shareholders.
As you know the company has three exciting gold and nickel projects which have had significant exploration success in the past 12 months. I believe the share price doesn’t currently reflect the true potential that the Company assets could provide in the future. As part of this I will be making myself available to speak to shareholders and the wider investment community about the Company’s projects and the processes that we are putting in place to move forward.
The exciting Carr Boyd Nickel project is looking really promising, with defined high priority drill targets recently identified. Our recent activities at Spargoville have resulted in some very high-grade nickel drill results close to surface, there is currently metallurgical test work being undertaken on this ore to determine our next steps to realising value from this asset.
Right now, we are looking very closely at development of the Munda Gold Project. This project I believe has the potential to deliver to the company substantial cash revenues in the short term with a sharp rise in the gold price to over A$1,800/oz. Management are currently discussing with groups who are interested in becoming involved in the funding and development of this high-grade gold project. The potential revenue from Munda will enable the Company to aggressively pursue the exploration of its project areas which have already delivered some spectacular exploration results.
We will also be looking at engaging with the broking and investment community in the coming months so that they are fully aware of what the Company is doing and trying to achieve.
