INFORMATION

Estoril Sol, SGPS, S.A. hereby informs that, on 31 December 2025, its subsidiary Varzim Sol – Turismo, Jogo e Animação, S.A. entered into an addendum with the Portuguese State to the concession contract granting the exclusive right to operate games of chance in the permanent gaming zone of Póvoa de Varzim, for a period of 120 days, starting on 1st January 2026.

It is further informed that Varzim Sol – Turismo, Jogo e Animação, S.A. did not submit a bid in the ongoing international public tender for the award of a new concession for that gaming zone.
