Subject: Completion of divestment of Engineering Plastics Business

This is with reference to our intimation dated 6[th] May, 2022 vide which the Company had intimated that Ester Industries Limited on 6th May, 2022 had entered into Business Transfer Agreement to transfer its Engineering Plastic Business to Radici Plastics India Private Limited, in an all‐cash slump sales transaction amounting to INR 289.33 Crores.

This is to inform you that the divestment of Engineering Plastics Business to Radici Plastics India Private Limited has been completed and closed today i.e. with effect from 15[th] September, 2022.
