Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Ayush Vardhan Singhania (DIN-05176205) as an Additional Director at the position of Whole-time Director on the Board of the Company for a period of 3 (Three) years w.e.f. 1[st] June, 2021 , in its meeting held on 18[th] May, 2021, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company in the forthcoming Shareholders’ meeting.

	responsible levels and challenging positions in areas of marketing
	and expansionof Polyester filmand SpecialityPolymerbusiness.
Disclosure of relationships	Mr. Ayush Vardhan Singhania is son of Mr. Arvind Singhania,
between directors	Chairman & CEO and Mrs. Archana Singhania, Non-Executive
	Directorofthe Company.
