Essentra plc announces that it has been advised that

PT Sreekumar reinvested the proceeds from a recent interim dividend and acquired an additional 2,163 ordinary shares.  The shares were purchased at a price of £8.566 each for a total consideration of £18,528.  PT Sreekumar's total shareholding is now 216,394 shares which represents 0.0825% of the Company's voting rights.
