Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

The following typographical amendment has been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 3 July 2023 at 16:19 under RNS 8064E. The original announcement incorrectly stated, 'The total number of voting rights in Essentra plc is therefore 298,493,451' This should instead state that 'The total number of voting rights in Essentra plc is therefore 293,493,451'. All other details set out in the announcement are correct and remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 25p each of Essentra plc in issue as at today was 298,532,716 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

There are 5,039,265 shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Essentra plc is therefore 293,493,451.

The figure of 293,493,451 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest in, Essentra plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
