Directorate and Board Changes
Further to the announcement made on 3 October 2022, the Board confirm the appointment of Scott Fawcett as Chief Executive and Executive Director of Essentra plc, having taken up the role with effect from 1 January 2023.
The Board also confirm that Paul Forman has now stepped down as Chief Executive and Executive Director, with effect from 31 December 2022.
The Board further confirm that with effect from today, and following the announcement on 16 December 2022, Kath Durrant is now a Non-Executive Director of Essentra plc.
The Company also announces the appointment of Emma Reid as Company Secretary of Essentra plc, with effect from 1 January 2023.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13 (1), Scott Fawcett has previously advised his directorships and there are no other details to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13 (2) to (6).
As at the date of this announcement Scott Fawcett owns 47,847 ordinary shares in Essentra plc.
