Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Further to an announcement made on 30 May 2018, Essentra plc confirms the appointment of Lily Liu as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer with effect from today.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13 (1), Lily has previously advised her directorships and there are no other details to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13 (2) to (6).

As at the date of this announcement Lily does not own any shares in Essentra plc.
