Appointment of Non Executive Director

Further to an announcement made on 22 June 2017, Essentra plc confirms the appointment of Ralf K Wunderlich as a Non Executive Director with effect from 01 July 2017.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13 (1), Ralf Wunderlich has previously advised his directorships and there are no other details to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13 (2) to (6).

As at the date of this announcement Ralf Wunderlich owns 42,300 ordinary shares in Essentra plc.
