Appointment of Non Executive Director

Further to an announcement made on 22 June 2017, Essentra plc confirms the appointment of Mary Reilly as a Non Executive Director with effect from 01 July 2017.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13 (1), Mary Reilly has previously advised her directorships and there are no other details to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13 (2) to (6).

As at the date of this announcement Mary Reilly does not own any ordinary shares in Essentra plc.
